Nursery Admissions

We have 45 places on offer in our Nursery each year;

30 places for a morning session (9- 12) and 20 places available for children to stay for a further 3 hours (total of 30 hours per week) for further information on 30 hours childcare please go to www.childcarechoices.gov.uk.   

Our Nursery places are for children who will become four years of age within the academic year in which they are in Nursery.

As of September 2015, the governors have taken the decision that the school will have only the one intake into Nursery. This means that all 45 nursery children, regardless of their date of birth, will be admitted in the September. 

Admission to Nursery Academic Year 2019-20

The process for admission to Nursery September 2019 will open in January  and will close on 1st March 2019 at 9.00am. 

If you wish to apply for a Nursery place at Holy Rood Catholic Primary School please complete the following Supplementary Information form and return to Mrs Kemp in the School office.

Prospective Parents' Meetings

Parents and carers interested in a place at our school for their child for September 2019 are invited to visit the school and meet with the Headteacher on one of the dates below . 

Please contact the school office to book in to one of the sessions 01923 223785.

Please note these sessions fill up very fast and you must be booked in to be able to attend

Certificate of Catholic Practice please see you parish priest where you attend church.  (please note this document replaces the need for the priest's reference form mentioned in the school's admissions arrangements)
